CHEETAHFEST AUCTION: LIVE NOW!!!

Our Silent Auction is live for browsing, bidding (some items only) and pre-bidding!

We have made some changes this year to help make Cheetahfest Silent Auction checkout more efficient, and to allow more people to bid on the teacher auction experiences and fifth and grade and kindergarten classroom art projects. This year, those items will be ONLINE ONLY. You will not be able to bid on classroom teacher experiences & art projects at Cheetahfest. You will need to bid at the online auction site (linked to from our PTO page) to bid on these items.   The auction for those items will end online on Thursday April 5 at 1 p.m.

For all other items, such as gift cards and our amazing auction baskets, you may PRE-BID online until April 5 at 1:00 p.m. and then the bidding will end live at the Silent Auction at Cheetahfest on Friday April 6.

If you want to make sure you win an auction item, many items will have a “Buy it Now” option that guarantees you get the item right away!

More baskets & items are being added every day as soon as we receive them, so keep checking the website!

Successory Week – March 19 – 23

The third Successory Week of the 2017-18 school year will begin Monday, March 19 and run through Friday, March 23.

Take a moment to thank a WCS employee! Williamson County School’s Successory program resumes March 19, giving students a chance to say thank you to the school employees who are helping them become a success. Participating is easy! Just print off a Succesory form online, fill it out with the name of a school employee (teacher, bus driver, cafeteria worker, etc.) who’s making a difference in your life and drop it off in the box marked Successory forms in the front office the week of March 19-23. At the end of the week, a name will be drawn and one lucky employee will receive a special prize.

Here is the link where students can go to print off a Successory form: http://www.wcs.edu/wp-content/pdf/Successory_Nomination.pdf

Please help contribute to your class Cheetahfest Basket!!

Our amazing room parents are working hard trying to put together the Cheetahfest Silent Auction Baskets for each class!  If you can contribute to your child’s class basket, it would be greatly appreciated.

You should have already heard from your class room parent about the theme of your basket, and you may contribute by purchasing an item, or by donating money (any amount is appreciated) to your room parent to buy the items for you.  Many room parents have put together Amazon wish lists that make it super easy to contribute and even ship the item straight to your room parent!  Easy peasy!!

We are also collecting items such as gift cards to local establishments. If you know of a business that would like to contribute a gift card or silent auction basket or item, please let us know! We would really appreciate it. (Don’t worry if your item doesn’t fit your class theme…we will figure out the best place for it!)

Below is a list of the theme for each class.  We are including some of the class wish lists below so you have a handy place to find how you can contribute. These wish lists are also a great way for grandparents to contribute if you’d like to share the lists with them!

Volunteers needed for Book Fair!

The book fair is almost here.  Please sign up to help.  There is more information in the newsletter that went home 2/23/18 about the book fair. Also, for those that don’t know, each teacher also makes a wish list and puts books in a basket.  If you’d like to send an extra $5-10 with your child, they can personalize the inside cover with who the book is from.  The teachers love this extra special “gift” mid year.

If you can volunteer, please sign up at the link below!  Spots are available from 03/08-03/16.
