We would like to give a huge thank you to the Spring Hill Police Department and Fire Department for supporting our Cheetahfest Silent Auction by offering these awesome experiences. These lucky students won an opportunity to have lunch in the conference room with these amazing local service people.
Chief of Police Don Brite, Fire Chief Terry Hood, SPFD Public Education Officer Scott Forst and our own favorite Officer Beth Lovett each took time out of their busy day to come have lunch with these auction winners. Alex, Andrew and Braydon had a great time visiting with their local heroes!
The Silent Auction raised $7200 for the school and was a great success. We would also like to thank all of the teachers & staff who hosted an experience that our auction attendees were able to bid on. These ranged from a pizza lunch or ice cream with their teachers to being principal or vice-principal for the day. One parent won the right to put a birthday message on the school marquee, and two other lucky winners purchased the right to front row seats at tonight’s fifth grade promotion. These are great fun for the students and cost us minimal amounts to offer up for auction so we are very thankful to a wonderful community that supports our Cheetahs!
