Cheetahfest Update with Volunteer Opportunities & Auction List

We are so super excited about Cheetahfest on Friday Night.  We can’t wait.

Kids can play endless games with an admission bracelet. Bracelets are $10 for preorder or $12 at the door. (Parents do not need to order bracelets).  If you’ve already sent in money for a bracelet, they will be coming home tomorrow.

Parents, not to worry, there’s fun for you too! Be sure to check out the silent auction with over 50 amazing packages. (Click the link to see auction details and starting prices.) The auction list has been updated to include color coded auction end times. Then head outside to experience the best food trucks in Middle Tennessee. We can’t wait to see you!

There will be bounce houses, a petting zoo, a kiddie train, a photo booth, a balloon artist from Parker Originals Balloons, and more! Officer Mary Beth Lovett from the Spring Hill Police Department will be there, as will a Spring Hill Fire Truck and Ambulance! We are also excited to say that Awesome Amy will be our DJ for the event!

The Bungee Trampoline is not included with the admission bracelets and will cost $2 a person.  We are sorry to say that the Dunk Tank has been cancelled because the weather will be too chilly for dunk tank operation.  As a replacement for the dunk tank, our amazing teachers have offered to volunteer at a Pie in the Face booth!  The cost will be $1 for a chance to throw a pie in your teacher’s face!

Our current Food Truck lineup includes Tennessee Taco, Moe Better BBQ, Music City Pie Company, Begley’s Dogs, Et Voila Bistro & Bakery,  Chick-fil-a, Franklin Fudge Factory, Padrinos PopsItty Bitty DonutBluegrass Kettle Masters and Tchoupitoulas Street Snoball. Most Food Trucks donate a portion of their sales to the PTO, so please come hungry and enjoy this amazing food!  We will also have a Bake sale that includes cupcakes from Gigi’s cupcakes!

PARKING NOTE:  Officer Tate does not want any cars parked along Secluded lane blocking traffic.  He has gotten permission for us to park at Wellspring Church.  You may also park along Ferguson (the street where the buses drive).  We also recommend walking to school if you live close enough.  Wellspring Church has generously offered to run a shuttle between the Wellspring parking lot to school from 5:30 until 7.   If you want to use the shuttle, you will need to be ready to leave before 7 or walk back to your car.  The mini-van that will be running the service will have a WellsSpring placard on the side of it.  (We may also park at the Day care if it is AFTER 6 p.m.)

This Cheetahfest is sure to be amazing, but to make it so, we need your help!  Please sign up to bring a bake sale item and/or work a game at Cheetahfest.  We need people to run the games and it only takes 30 minutes of your time!  Your kids can help you with the game.  I recommend if you have two children, send your spouse to work one booth with one child while you work another booth with the other child at the same time….that way you have the rest of Cheetahfest to work together.  In case you’ve missed all those emails from your wonderful teachers, the links to sign up links are listed below:
